To be really pissed off with Virgin Media Mobile!!

Got my brand spanking new phone on saturday morning. Was so excited as its my first smart phone. Anyhow, i tried ringing my brother to tell him my new number when it said the phone had been suspended and it transferred me straight to customer services.
45 bloody minutes of waiting and i get through to somebody who told me that there was a mix up with the credit limit so she adjusted it and said it should be working now.
By now it was time for me to go out so i thought i'd wait untill sunday (yesterday) to let everyone know my new number.
Fast foward yesterday and me trying to get hold of everyone to give them my new number and its still bloody suspended !!!
1 hour on hold and i got through to someone who told me she'd manually unblocked it and it will be sorted in 1 hour.
1 hour later its STILL SUSPENDED Angry
By this point i was fuming. Phoned again and got some guy who said 'oh no it can take 2-24hours to sort itself!!' He said there's nothing we can do just wait.

So i've had my brand spanking new phone since saturday morning and I STILL CANT USE IT Angry

Aibu to be pissed off just a little?

Totally agree. I would be absolutely livid.
Have you tried telling them you no longer want it and to take it back and give you a full refund so you can go to someone else?

Yes and they said well we cant do anything yet because the number hasn't been activated Hmm
so i have to sit and wait untill its activated for them to cancel it!!!
so SO annoyed Angry
