YANBU - but I am laughing!!!

Psychommead · 17/10/2010 10:34

What did you put in their cocoa? [suspicious eyes]

GeraldineAubergine · 17/10/2010 10:35

You haven't got my dad at yours have you?

bran · 17/10/2010 10:36

If they are over 80 then they are not only allowed to do this, it is in fact expected of them.Grin

If they are under 80 then accidently kick them as you walk past. You may find you need to walk past them several times. Wink

giraffesCantDookForApples · 17/10/2010 10:38

Oh definetly uder 80 Wink

Mother of Teenagers here.
Yes, YABU.
Do their dirty laundry whilst they snooze, and recognise that all that studenty stuff takes it out of one. Grin

backwardpossom · 17/10/2010 10:39

lol, very funny!

SpookyNoise · 17/10/2010 10:41

FIL does that.

ForMashGetSmash · 17/10/2010 10:48

YANBU...its weird how some folk do things that are totally odd like that. My mate saked me round one evening for wine and nibbles...she drank two bottles and fell asleep with her gob open!

Oh, I hadn't thought of small children. If your guest is a pre-schooler then don't kick them or there will be screaming.

Goblinchild · 17/10/2010 10:52

They must feel very relaxed in your warm and welcoming home.
Or they are socially inept.
Or very pissed already.
Or have just completed a 24 hour marathon in aid of charity.
So why don't you mind, as you are typing quietly rather than playing your trombone in their ears?

maxpower · 17/10/2010 10:54

lol, totally normal for my dad - and he's well under 80!

Goblinchild · 17/10/2010 11:16

Giraffe, come back and put us out of our puzzlement.
Who or what are they and why are they asleep?

onmyfeet · 17/10/2010 15:32

No puppy or kitten?

onmyfeet · 17/10/2010 15:32

New, I mean.Blush

3thumbedwitch · 17/10/2010 15:33

My dad would do this but he's not that far under 80 - mind you, he would have done it whatever age, I reckon.

BrainMash · 17/10/2010 15:37

My Dad this - and then denies it Grin

My FIL does it too actually, after a good roasty Smile

I wish my teenagers would do it - they're never here!

giraffesCantDookForApples · 17/10/2010 23:06
