To want to eat DD's supper more than mine?

DD is 3, and poorly. She asked for porridge for supper: she's having it with banana, brown sugar, double cream, and chopped almonds. DH and I are supposed to be having fried mushrooms with bacon, melted camembert, and watercress on the side. AIBU to want to finish DD's barely-touched porridge and let DH forage for himself?

I live in France - if I agreed with you I'd be hunted down and shot.

I'll take that to mean you agree with me really but aren't brave enough to admit it!

either way eating the porridge is not being unreasonable :)

No I adore Camembert. Mine is a totally delicious meal, just not quite as comforting as the porridge (have been on Jilly Cooper thread al day, and am wishing I was under the duvet with Rivals).

Question answered: DD amenable to the rest of the porridge as long as I spoon-feed her Hmm

So camembert deliciousness it is. Once I've cleaned the bowl.

Plan A absolutely gorgeous. Much better than porridge.
