To put salami on a pizza?

Hi there

Now, please note - I am vegetarian and have never eaten either pepperoni or salami so I have no idea as to how they taste respective to one another.

Anyway, I am making pizza for dinner tonight - the dough is being kneaded as I type. I've just nipped to the local shop for pepperoni but they had none - my choice was pastrami, parma ham or salami.

Will my children still speak to me after this??

Don't mention the salty pork switcheroo and they won't notice/care.

Salami is fine, and goes on msot of our pizzas, plus I've had it in Italy too so it must be OK!

Salami sounds perfect - my daughter prefers salami to pepperoni - i think it is less peppery/spicy than pepperoni. Wish I was at yours for dinner!

EccentricaGhoulumbits · 15/10/2010 14:53

pepperoni is made out of donkey anyway so salami pprobably better
