WTF????

I have just had a recorded message from talktalk saying they have to talk to me about something important regarding my account, press 1. I pressed 1 and they asked for my phone number, i entered my phone number and then it transferred me to an automated service, gave me a list of options, to pay your bill press 1, for broadband help press 2 etc.....I dont KNOW what I'm calling for, they called me!!!!!

Now i'm on hold listening to bloody neon rainbow and when will I be famous on a loop

put the phone down and phone talk talk directly and tell them what's happened - sounds like you're being scammed to me

Put the phone down. It is highly likely to be a scam. You could be being charged for this right now.

Phone Talk Talk direct yourself, not via this number.

It was them, my bills overdue by 2 whole days even though I haven't actually recieved my bill yet, did recieve one for july last week though!

I would recommend nobody join talktalk they are useless
