to find the person who knows their ares from their elbow and find the order for the science revision books that I ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago, everyone else has received their books and this is for GCE/GCSE not say they will return the cheque and give me a number to call to order them FFS this is NOT good enough.

No not been cashed so they have clearly lost it!

I take it that this company are like ds's school and insist on a cheque only as payment too?? Whereas if you could pay by card they would have payment and order together and not be able to balls it all up.

Right I have emailed head of year and written stroppy letter to head of school
