She has photos of my children on holidays that she didn't go on and birthdays that she didn't come to. As well as many pictures that she took herself, pictures of my DH, my four children but none of me!!!

Maybe she wants to show off her grandchildren to her facebook friends, who are not your friends?

But she has photos of her own, why take mine too without permission, I might add.

My MIL does this, but shes not very computer savvy so quite often shares the same album or video over and over about 100 times!

It makes us giggle.

She actually posted on DH's wall "You are my best friend" DH was mortified and as he cant access FB in the day it was left on his wall for all to see haha!

On a more serious note, my mum does the same too, she does it so she can find them easily again adn to share with her own friends too. I dont mind :)

How does she nick them? Come to your house and download them onto her memory stick?! Or does dh give them to her!

Why does it matter that she has photos of the children at events she wasn´t at?

We have been abroad for more than 10yrs & ILs have never visited.

There are no photos of them at things with the children!

They're pictures of her grandchildren that she likes I guess and she has just shared them on her page? I don't see what's wrong with that - it's nice :)

I don't think it's that weird that she has no pictures of you to be honest either.

She would have just tagged them. I do this for MIL whenever I post pix of my children. She is grateful and can then show off to her friends. She is a very proud grandmother, bless her.

What's the big deal? You control who can see the photos so if you don't want her friends seeing them just change the privacy settings.

I have at least 3 FB friends who are currently using my photos as their profile pictures. I'm quite flattered.

Why do you want her to include pictures of you?

I would change my settings if it bothered me that much. Choose not to let her see them.
