To think waiting nearly 2 weeks or a dyson washing machine repair is unacceptable

At the end of my tether. 6 people in our family - a lot o laundry - and reported fault to dyson on 30th September. The engineer can come on 12th October. Only one day to go then and i can stop farming out washing to friends and family. So fed up .... Mr Dyson, your company is rubbish. Grrrrrr. Sorry everyone, just needed to get that off my chest

I'm surprised- they're usually very good at sending someone out. Ours usually comes (well, 4 times in the last 5 years) within 3 days. Have you rung them back to complain? I still love my Dyson even after all these years I must say. It's 11 years old now and still going strong.

I think there's only one dyson engineer in n. ireland and they said it was a full day job. I'm surprised too because the last time, they came out within a week and it was the easter holidays. I hope it can be fixed ok, i have grown rather attached to it over the 8 and a half years i have had it.

Any way they are now coming on Thursday an all day appointment . lol As she was going she asked if I had an email address I said of course but I wasnt going to give it to her lol

Engineer came today, fixed fault, I put wash on and half hour later got error code f3 and the damn thing wouldn't go. Rang Dyson and said your engineer has just left about half an hour ago. The next appointment I can get is in another week's time!!! Losing the will to live
