Easywriter · 08/10/2010 18:44

I think you're a troll.

It's clearly not unreasonable but you're trying to start a bun fight about ice cream or cream to accompany.

Well I think it is a bit rum that I wasn't invited, and a cup of tea wouldn't go amiss to wash it down, but otherwise, I think this is the way forward.

CyberspaceCinders dh - tough luck, be sure to eat his piece. ds - Pah, the poor boy won't starve himself. dd - see appropriate action re dh. fil - if you are feeling generous you could take it down to him. mil - again see appropriate action re dh.

arfasleep Not balanced. Your poor mother. What are you saying? Simple - pastry = carb, apples = fruit, cream = dairy and protein. See, perfectly balanced! Wink

YANBU. maybe have some crisps on hand too.

BuntyPenfold · 08/10/2010 22:14

Today I made an enormous apple crumble with cinnamon and an oaty topping, and we have eaten nearly all of it with 2 tins of evaporated milk.
We didn't bother with a first course. Yum.
