To not want to hear shooting all the time

Sitting here and all I can hear is upstairs neighbour shooting at his computer game and explosions..its like a very loud rumble all the time.
No idea how to approach complaining though..another neighbour complained and he said he would stop but hes continued and hes a private tenant so dont know who to complain to.
I dont want my young daughters to hear it all the time either.

It's easy enough for him to wear headphones with any computer games. Complain as well if he seems nice enough (apart from constantly shooting things in his own 2d world) and mention the young dds - maybe 2 complaints will make him actually carry through what he said about stopping.

Buy him some headphones

You want to try living here, we get to hear actual shooting, and in fact 'boms' a lot of the time as we live on an army camp... Tht said, I am 'immune' to it now and usually don't notice.

Turn the TV up?
