I seem to have peaked after eating two (mini) Calippos, reading most of the AIBU board and finishing my book... Work now looms. Help!

Farmville on FB. I have had to delete it as it stops me getting anything done.

Not on facebook, but I find looking at photo albums or smoking an efficient use of time.
