Tried 3 times this week to get an update on my CTC claim as I told them about changes 2 weeks ago. All they keep saying is they are upgrading their system and therefore cant access anyones records
Surely with such a large company and people ringing they would be better to have access to the basics??

YES!!!

This is driving me potty! I have to ring to confirm some details but all I get is an annoying message that they are updating the systemand are hoping to have it fixed by 12th october!

We haven't had any payments for 3 weeks now and are living on the pitance that is DH's wages! Wish they would pull their finger out!!
