"I am a tax payer so......" is Turing into the new "I'm not racist but...."

Every time i hear the statement its followed by some ridiculous statement about people on benefits leading the life of Riley.

Getting sick of it, its every where lbc, the tv.

Even if someone is on the dole! THEY STILL PAY TAX!!!!!!!!!! they are not exempt from tax on every item they buy or road tax, petrol taxes!

No, you're not being unreasonable - people always find a way to dump on others. And the general lay-aboutness (my new word for the day) of those on benefits is the latest acceptable one.

I know! and to be honest i am sick of it all, there is no other groups of people that you could give such a bashing!

And notice that its never about people who are given benifits even though they have not proved who they are or how many children they really have. I knew a woman who had 6 of her sisters children living with her claiming they were all her own!

And no one mentions the people dodging all the taxes! or the government its self!

It reeks of how the Jews were discriminated against before the Nazis took over.

I hear people saying how much money people get on benifits and how they don't have enough so they blame people who have council houses or are on income support! are they stupid! benifits are a pittance! fgs! there is a culture that is developing, everyone is looking at what everyone else has! Keep your eyes on your own pockets!
