Visitor Parking Permits...

The council are very quick to take money but not give it back! I am SO mad at this pathetic and incompetent council. I could vent about every department but for now...visitor parking permits.

They have the cheek to charge residents for their visitors to park...and now I have a whole heap of tickets left but have moved...do you think Haringey will refund them? Oh no...of course not! They are making money out of me, aren't they??!!

BTW, if anyone wants to buy 1hr-2hr-Daily for Harringay Green Lanes area...you know where to come

Have you asked your old neighbours? I bet it's a hassle to get the council tax bill and other stuff together and go to the parking shop, so face value would actually represent a discount for them!

Ah, that's an idea - thanks! Although, one of them is such a lovely lady I would feel like just giving them to her - in fact, I might just do that! lol

That sounds lovely; how kind of you to think of it. However, if you are skint, and want to avoid the temptation to give them away, there are always other people who lived near you, but are not strictly your neighbours!
