I love his face-acting. He does a really good look of horror, and another good one of approval, at whatever the contestant's doing at the time.

Greg Wallace also has a number of "expression shots". My favourites are Quizzical, and the one where he tries to fit all the elements of a pudding onto one spoonful, and opens his mouth so wide he looks like he will swallow the world.
