about the wording in this email I have received from Ocado about my exploded lasagne?
"I am very sorry to hear that the lasagne in your order was damaged. I can assure you that this information has been passed on to our warehouse management team. They are able to identify who picked and packed your shopping and will be giving further training to the individuals concerned in order to ensure a similar occurrence is not repeated."
I keep visualising a work camp with people in overalls being beaten to ensure it is not repeated...
