I have just spent £260 for a bunk bed for DCs and hoped to use this advertised voucher in store towards bedding. They sent an online code for me to use but I have to pay £5.95 for delivery! AIBU to expect a voucher and not a string of letters?

I got an actual voucher posted when I bought my sofas. When I went to use it though the cashier said it was out of date - even though it didn't have a date on it! Couldn't be bothered arguing though.

DP bought a vacuum cleaner there on Saturday. Got a £10 voucher there and then and bought DC a £15 watch for a fiver - simples! or may be we were lucky

I got a voucher posted when I bought online previously when the same offer was on. It didn't come at the same time as the delivery though, just in a separate envelope several days later.
