To hate skips outside houses?

I know that they are very useful but why hire a skip and then go on holiday leaving it there for the whole week?

I get fed up as at the moment all the local lads are in it getting stuff out and using golf clubs to smash things up on the green outside.

I've filmed them on my phone in case the neighbour wonders why there is such a mess, but there is no way I'm going out there as they are the type to harrass you if you intefere in their fun.

Lots of other people can see what they are doing but no-one is coming out.

Skips should be filed up and picked up asap!

Call the police?

So you've taken the time to film your local louts vandalising stuff and to post about it here, but haven't yet bothered to phone your local police station? YABU and seem to want to blame your neighbours instead of the louts

We had a skip and everytime we filled it, people raided it and left it half empty again. This went on for months. The hire company weren't bothered either. I'm ashamed to say we kept it a long time because we were trying to fill it before it went off. They're over 100 quid a go, so no point sending them back half full...

Dont see the problem, I know they are an eyesore but it is normally for a limited time.

As for the yobs I can only echo, why not call the Police.

As for being harrased I suggest you post the video footage to old bill if your worried.

Do you know where the yobs live?, harresmment can work both ways.

PS, I replaced all my garage sockets and lights from a skip :o
