The question about whether or not it has changed you in RL is the main one, though. Are you becomming shorter tempered out there, or are you just learning to take your frustrations out in here? Is that really a problem if it is a coping mechanism in your life?

Oh dear - Part of me didn't feel bad about it at all (unleash the bitch) but the more reasonable side took my ass off for a wee MN break to chill out & breathe.
