How long does it take, really???
i possibly abu as i have no idea.
But i sent the forms back and as dp doesnt trust the post he rang and did the reclaim or what ever you call it... when the money suddenly stopped i rang.
re did the whole claim, waited and nothing.
we recieve a letter saying we are no longer entilted as we didnt send our forms before cut off date and could we asap so they can get it going again.
dp rang.

i sent off another set of forms.
Dp rang again, they said oh yes your on file but somethings missing, dp does WHOLE claim again and they say within 3 weeks it will be sorted, its been 2 and im not holding my breath.
I hate to whinge about this as i really do rely on them and im falling behind on MORE bills as its a huge dent to my small income, will i get back pay so i can cover said bills??? will i even ever get this sorted... i dont know but ive opened another gas bill and i needed to vent.
anyone have any idea???
