The one bad thing about the smoking ban in pubs and restaurants etc is that it is now impossible to sit outside on a lovely day and enjoy lunch or a drink because the outdoor areas have become a giant smokers' den, and you are even more likely be be assualted by other people's smoke as you walk down the street.
The worst place in the world is the immediate area outside the main entrance to a hospital. 
And they are all in their dressing gowns and wheelchairs, looking like death as they puff away.
