I am so fed up with them, I made an order for a Radley bag on sunday for my mums birthday this saturday.
I used the 20% off code that was on the daily mail website and was looking forward to having her present today.
I recieve an e-mail this morning saying simply Unable to Fulfil - Payment Refunded
and then below it says this will be because of no stock. However on the website suprise suprise there still in stock full price!!!
So I decide to ring them when i've took ds to nursery and am told they can only speak to my partner as it was his card I paid on!
I am just so mad at them as the product is still olbviously in stock and Ive had no explanation as why I am not getting the product. Ive paid for it and I havent had my refund yet and I have no birthday present for my mum and cant get one until the refund has gone through!
Iabu to be extremely p*** off at them !
