argh!!! Debenhams !

I am so fed up with them, I made an order for a Radley bag on sunday for my mums birthday this saturday.

I used the 20% off code that was on the daily mail website and was looking forward to having her present today.

I recieve an e-mail this morning saying simply Unable to Fulfil - Payment Refunded
and then below it says this will be because of no stock. However on the website suprise suprise there still in stock full price!!!

So I decide to ring them when i've took ds to nursery and am told they can only speak to my partner as it was his card I paid on!
I am just so mad at them as the product is still olbviously in stock and Ive had no explanation as why I am not getting the product. Ive paid for it and I havent had my refund yet and I have no birthday present for my mum and cant get one until the refund has gone through!

Iabu to be extremely p*** off at them !

Put a complaint in writing!! Get DP to call if he has time but either way put complaint in writing. You never know where it might get you! Had a similar issue with Next and by the time I had written to them I had ordered a pair of shoes which they decided not to charge me for due to their poor customer service!

I'm going to get him to ring when hes back from work as hes really busy today, Just so mad and annoyed that now I cant get a present for my mum :(

Which Radley was it? I just got a heavily discounted Radley from there with the 20% discount voucher.

They do sell our really quickly, do they definately have stock at full price, I have always found their stock control crap.

The black over body bag it was there mon, tue and this morning and just now its gone. But had I known they didnt have any stock I would have got the smaller one which is still in stock. I'm just fed up now they shouldnt have took money for a product they didnt have enough stock in and now I cant use my 20% off.

Just going to get dp to ring them after :)

I work in a Debenhams (for a concession) and I know that you will come off better of you complain like a bitch They hate nothing more than being seen negatively by customers.

i once ordered about 10 things in the online sale. they only sent me 2 and even then charged me twice for 1 thing. it was the most useless online experience i've ever had and i vowed never to use them again.

That's Debenhams online for you, their stock control can be a nightmare at times, and you don't find out for some time they don't have it happened loads to me.
