ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is such an utter cock. He has the kids 1 night in the week and every other weekend.

Asked me a while back to give up having them the weeknight as he wanted to do a nightclass. I said no as my work is arranged around my kid free time and there have been many many times when I have asked him to have the kids when I have had work commitments etc and he has refused and has gone away and refused to fufill what he agreed to take on as his "parental commitments" Hmm.

My 3 DC's (13 and 11 and 8) have this weekend come back saying he is learning another language and has told them that he will be moving to said country with his Gf and her kids "within the next two years".

Obviously shedding any obligation of responsibilty towards his kids finacially and morally, and completely fucking them up. What a way to tell them - and me?!

Cock cock cock. This is the last in a long line of twatisms from him and her - including her taking my 13 yr old DS shooting this w/e as a b'day present when she knows I am very very anti guns, making allegations against me at work, having me breathalyzed on the school run and sending the police round to my house to threaten to arrest me for harrassment in front of my kids.

AIBU to just tell him to fuck off out of our lives now?

yanbu

What a cock. It reminds me of my sister and I finding estate agent leaflets at my dad's when he had never mentioned he was leaving the midlands to go down south.

Piss poor quite frankly. You do not mention what he is like for maintenance payments. I hear alarm bells and a bad moon arising....

The CSA has no jurisdiction outside the UK e.g. here in Germany.

If he is already a lousy payer the CSA can take away his passport. Otherwise if he moves away his payments are deemed to be voluntary and you have to start chasing through the foreign courts. He can apply for child allowance (well, here for example) but not necessarily hand it over.

Even if it's two years off - unless you really don't need him financially you need to make sure he steps up financially as telling him to fuck off now just lets him off the hook tbh. Where's he going to? It won't be easy as an ex-pat in the current climate.

Maybe the girls can spend school hols there?
Or is this all just his wishful thinking at the moment/getting back at you cos you said no about his course?

His gf sounds like a nutter. You may find you and the kids are well rid. His loss...
