to be more bothered that DH has thrown up the last Mars Bar than the fact he has been sick?

Just wondering.

He was sick earlier this evening (weak stomach generally, greasy bag of chips at tea time), felt better, ate the last Mars Bar which I was planning on having with a lovely brew, then threw up again.

I could hear him retching and just thought "That bastard is throwing up my Mars Bar".

AIBU? He's fine now and is having an early night.

What a waste Angry

BellasFormerFriend · 24/09/2010 22:49

YANBU. I want a mars bar now Sad

PinkieMinx · 24/09/2010 22:51

YANBU - as long as you were going to dunk it in your tea, otherwise YABU as it would've been a waste either way Grin

BetterBitOfButter · 24/09/2010 22:54

Of course I was going to dunk it in my tea. What kind of person do you think I am? Shock Grin

I am considering one of DS's apple and raspberry bars but think they are the kind of feckless oaty bar that would just drop to the bottom of the cup in bits, requiring a spoon or a chewy end mouthful of tea Hmm

Don't do it - why ruin it for yourself, nay, everyone Grin

AllGoodNamesGone · 25/09/2010 01:22

Well I'd not have much sympathy for him but ...

YABU for not having hidden the mars bar better in the first place.

Wink

Next time hide it under the lettuce in the salad drawer. That's where my stash lives.
