...and contemplating eating the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow morning? DH is away for the night, I'm 6 months pregnant and can't be arsed to cook, if that makes any difference Grin

NO!!! Do it!!!

Love personal takeaways. You never eat as much as you fear you will!

marantha · 24/09/2010 19:43

If it's an occasional treat, why not? Enjoy yourself.

thegoodishlife · 24/09/2010 19:46

YABU to keep it all to yourself. Where in the world are you? I'm sure there are some MN'ers who know how to share nearby.....[grins]

DaisyDaresYOU · 24/09/2010 19:48

Love Chinese takeout for brekkie! My favourite! [slattern that I am]

Schnitzel · 24/09/2010 19:58

Oh do it! Get two different starters and a main (and the rest). Go for it!

colditz · 24/09/2010 19:59

Do it.

You won't feel obliged to share the good bits.

5inthebed · 24/09/2010 20:00

YANBU, but you have to email me your address and tell me where you keep your spare key so I can come and make sure it is edible for you tomorrow morning.

Day old chinese isn't good for pregnant women, its too full of flavour additives

JodiesMummy · 24/09/2010 20:03

I could never eat a whole chinese fresh or day old! It overfaces me DP always moans that I waste it!

ericshen · 24/09/2010 20:05

I had a chinese for my tea tonight and I always find them a little disappointing.
When DW is working away I like nothing better than a homemade pizza

susitwoshoes · 24/09/2010 20:05

takeaway and Jeremy Northam, god what bliss.

grumperina · 24/09/2010 20:14

Hmmm, Singapore noodles? Prawns in ginger & garlic sauce or beef in black bean sauce? I'm addicted to that weird "seaweed" (which I believe is actually deep-fried kale or something) - surely one of my 5-a-day? Hmm

5inthebed I was hoping that the additives would mean that it was still in tip-top condition come breakfast time...

ericshen we normally have homemade pizza every Friday night so I'm having a takeaway as a treat!

Oh I always used to do this when DH was away. Sometimes I'd just order a few starters and duck. Yum. All the best bits!

Haribolicious · 24/09/2010 20:37

Do it....a bit of self indulgence is required every now and again Grin my mouth is watering just thinking about it!!

Hassled · 24/09/2010 20:39

Damn you all - I'm salivating at the prospect of a Chinese now, and I've already eaten. Dammit.

Hedgeblunder · 24/09/2010 20:40

I did it last week! Lemon chicken egg fried rice prawn crackers ribs ..... Sigh..

maktaitai · 24/09/2010 20:42

Ok now mental image of me feeding Jeremy Northam special fried rice with chopsticks, as he reclines languorously on white satin sheets.
