OMG!!!! DD2 upstairs wailing just now having stabbed herself in the eye with a pencil - On purpose!!!! Reason? she had just stabbed DD1 in the eye (who was coming downstairs to tell me) - she decided that stabbing herself in the eye would make up for it!!???

FFS!

While attending to DD2 and her woes DD3 emptied a packet of rice crispies over DS.

Now they are all in bed for the forseeable future. I am seriously considering just booking a flight and leaving them the minute DP arrives home from work.

YABU, give it five mins and they've done something else then you can run away Grin

At least you've got a bit of peace even though you've had to pay for it.

massivemammaries · 24/09/2010 19:26

  1. Have large glass of wine
  2. Repeat this mantra: It is OK to fantasise about duct-taping them to a door. You are not a bad parent until you are actually cutting the lengths of tape.
  3. Have another large glass of wine.

YANBU.
