Why do people think you care about their opinion?

I have noticed of many many threads that people are so rude and horrible. Why is this? Family members, strangers and friend making stupid hurtful comments.

Why, who asked you? why do you think anyone cares about your opinion?

erm because they post asking for opinions?

Um. Can I venture that being a website where only one person posts with their account of what happened, it is ever so slightly possible that some of the encounters may not be based around one angel sweeping waves of love across the universe whilst a fire breathing haridan spits venom.

Just possible. Especially on public transport and in supermarkets I think.

No i have not made myself clear, sorry, eg. I was in a super market and someone came up and told me i should smack my child. (didn't happen to me, seen that on net mums)or like when peoples friend have a go at them for bf or ff or kid too fat or too thin or other stupid stuff people think you want their opinion on.
