Have I missed any updates following Reality's wedding thread ?

Really hopeing that Reality's DN is getting decent healthy food and loving positive parenting from his challenging mother, if she meant what she said about accepting help from Reality and making an effort to change.

personality disorder?

BalloonSlayer · 20/09/2010 18:36

Oh dear Sad

What sort of meltdown?

Why can't her DH encourage her to go to the Doctors?

PosieParker · 20/09/2010 18:38

Perhaps a call to SS would be in order, you would if it was a casual acquaintance.

AnyFuleKno · 20/09/2010 18:39

posieparker are you serious?

PosieParker · 20/09/2010 18:40

A parent giving a child laxatives as a cure for a shit diet, yes I'm serious. Would you think it was alright for me to subject my child to pain? I'm assuming this child has painful and constipated bowels?

AnyFuleKno · 20/09/2010 18:49

the specialist prescribed the laxatives, unless I'm reading incorrectly

PosieParker · 20/09/2010 18:51

Because the child's diet is shit....maybe the specialist doesn't know. And the woman says she hates her son and seems suicidal, surely someone needs to help.

I was also wondering about your sil Reality. Sad that nothing much seems to have changed.

Being slightly nosey... did you find out whether her talk of miscarriage was indeed true or another fabrication to gain attention?

Either way mad sil seems to be in great need of help Sad I'm glad hope you feel able to try and help her now.

Oh dear, I really feel for your poor nephew :(

I do hope your BIL and SIL do accept some of your help at some point, for their so0n's sake.

Can't you have your nephew to stay for a week? send them away on a holiday?....

Club together to cheer her up (whatever bollocks it takes) to get her DS off her for long enough to feed him decent food and get that poo shifting....

LittleMissHissyFit · 20/09/2010 19:26

oh and huge thanks to OP for being nosy enough and raising this! I wanted to know too!!

pinkbasket · 20/09/2010 19:36
