Over the past month or so a few letters etc I have been expecting have not been delivered, prob 5 in total. I've contacted the companies and they were sent out! It's making me wonder what else I'm not receiving!! I think I'm going to contact the sorting office. Had anyone else had this problem?!

Do you have a communal entrance or doorway?

Yes...we lived on a cresent, but our post kept going to the road with the same name. We recently moved so shouldnt be a problem anymore, but as we run a business from home, ths was causing no end of problems. We got a huge post bag of post given to us from the nice lady at the road address the other day, so glad she didnt just keep it though!

I've had this problem. Lots of post has gone missing. PO don't seem to be able to explain it, companies say post is being sent out. Have checked with neighbours, they aren't getting my post. Still a mystery. Worth a shot with the PO but don't expect miracles.

Good luck though! :)

My child tax credit notice didnt arrive and that was posted. My sons building society book mysteriously disapeared from the envelope it was sent in. It was only when i reported it to the police that it miraculously turned up!! Also when i sent it back to building society recently (this time recorded delivery) it took a week to arrive admittedly it was sent on a Fri and the Mon was a BH but a week and first class?? Confused

Our next door neighbour has the same surname as us, so our post gets mixed up almost daily.

Our post is laughable. I know people have sent things first class and they don't turn up for a week or more or sometimes not at all. I send things to my parents sometimes (they live 20 miles away) and they take a fortnight to arrive.

It's v cross making.
