apart from sitting on my bed and reading AIBU with short breaks for the gym and meals and Will & Grace. I'm consoling myself that soon, when the baby arrives - early December, I will not have the luxury of doing f*ck all all day? Or I should get up and wash up the ever growing pile of plates overtaking most of the kitchen and put the laundry away?

Oh hell no. Sit. Have another look at Will & Grace. Perhaps a cup of tea?

ssd · 12/09/2010 18:28

agree, take it easy

Pan · 12/09/2010 18:34

if you do have tea, get someone else to stir it. You need to save your strength.

TrillianAstra · 12/09/2010 18:36

The gym?

Liar liar pants on fire - you haven't done nothing!

RedHeels · 12/09/2010 18:38

I'm inclined to take your suggestions on board. The laundry won't run away... Plus reading MN is highly educational for a mum-to be so really I am doing something constructive after all! I will, however, have to go and get some food from the shops, so if I drag myself off the bed now, I might get there some time this evening before they close.

Gym yesterday and now considering a yoga class on the way to the shops! Honest!

Hmmm, sounds a bit strenuous to be honest!!!

RedHeels · 12/09/2010 18:52

Meow75 - it is, isn't it! Then again I have to justify somehow the food I've been eating. For the baby, you know... OK, on my way to yoga then. And then back to bed with the laptop so it won't miss me for too long.

Get a cardboard cut-out of yourself for the laptop's benefit when you ABSOLUTELY cannot avoid going out!!

RedHeels · 12/09/2010 23:03

It was nice while it lasted, although no one here to stir my tea. Now no choice but to get a cardboard replica of self for tomorrow morning as I have to be up and functioning/ looking like a normal human being...

Meow75 · 13/09/2010 17:34

"I have to be up and functioning/ looking like a normal human being..."

Oooh, steady on, RH, you don't want to give the people around you the wrong impression!!! Or perhaps giving the rest of us a bad name!

Maybe half functioning, yeah?!?!

RedHeels · 13/09/2010 22:31

Oh, I give people around me the wrong impression all of the time! Grin Nobody needs to know
