To make my dh walk to pick up his car?

Dh went to the pub last night and rolled in at 4am. Apparently he went to an after hours drinking club but didn't think to text or phone me to tell me he was staying out.

I was at home dealing with a poorly dd and besides that we have quite serious money issues at the moment, so staying out spending god knows how much on getting hammered doesn't impress me too much.

He has just asked if I will drop him off to pick up the car later (a good 20 minute walk away)

AIBU to tell him to bloody well WALK?

The walk will do him good.

YANBU, in fact you are being kind to make sure he gets a bit of fresh air.

If he was out till 4 dont let him pick up the car till much later. He will still be well over the limit.

In those circs I would make him walk. If it was an arranged night out I would drop him off as I know my DH would do the same for me.

Belle it is raining Grin.
Jac I don't think he will emerge into the daylight until well into this afternoon. I am tempted to start hoovering outside the bedroom door and banging into it like my mum used to do to me when I was a dirty stopout teenager
