actually yes I probably am but I'm so pissed off, I got home last night to find my landline and internet had been cut off, of course it was after office hours so nothing I can do, it just happened to be the only night of the week I needed the internet as I was awaiting an urgent confirmation on something, any go to phone them this morning and DUH landline is cut off so I have had to top up my mobile £5 to phone them on their stupid 0844 number to discuss why I had been cut off... Turns out it was due to a billing error, so not my fault is it just me that I have to pay extra money that TBH I dont really have to contact them for smething they cause?

Yes, they should reimburse you for your costs. I suggest you contact their customer services as it may be as simple as registering a compaint and getting a refund.

Who are you with? It may be worth ringing them and telling them you're thinking of switching to another provider because of the shoddy way you've been treated. They may offer you a refund or incentives to stay with them.

I'm with utility warehouse but will be switching soon as they have now decided I owe £600 on my gas bill, the way they worked it out as the estimate is incorrect so they credited the entire years payments so far then said I still owe them £600 taking that into account, I have no idea how I could have used that much in a two bed terraced house that only has the heating on during the winter months and they have taken 3 meter readings in the last year and didnt inform me after these that I am paying an incorrect amount?? Really annoyed with them at the moment.

slightly off topic and you would have been stuffed with no internet last night, but have you tried saynoto0870.com?

Gives you an alternative (cheaper number to try).

when this happened to us with Tiscali, I got a mate to Look it up for me and then the 02380 number I called was included in my free minutes.

Agree with refund though.
