I have just been cleaning my house and mopping my laminate flooring when I just slipped and went arse over tit onto the floor, smacking my knee in the process......Woe

Prior to this, I managed to break my toe whilst lifting a table I had put on my sofa whilst doing the hoovering, it slipped through my fingers and bounced off my toe (OUCHIESad)

Or am I just accident prone Grin

I agree, but am also very accident prone, lol

Yes and no. 'tis a balancing act TBH. Not doing the housework makes me depressed, not because I enjoy it, just the effect living in mess and filth has on me.

Hope your knee isn't too sore.

Hmm should possibly have mentioned that I'm sporting a bruised elbow (right on the funny bone), also caused by my cack-handed mopping techniques.

Don't think I will be going to Zumba tonight.

housework def bad for your health(mental and physical!). Have fallen down stairs while hooovering loads of times, slipped while mopping floors, dived off bunkbed while wrestling with duvet cover etc.
I now subscribe to the old adage that a clean house makes for a dull person Wink!

I am gonna leave it all up to DP from now on, seeing as he redoes it when he finishes work Hmm
