Not only can't be arsed picking up after his dog but also refuses to even stop to let his dog have a crap! Consequently, instead of a pile of poo on the pavement, you get a 20 yard long trail of lumps of shit.

why do some dog owners do this? It is disgusting, I always have poo bags with me, just incase and I am not shy about giving one to someone who doesnt bother picking up.

However, my dog craps and walks at the same time - hilarious to watch but a total pita! I have to clock her start and finish points and then try and follow the path she took between the two, spotting and picking up the turds as I go!
