we have a phil and teds classic twin buggy. it cost approx £450 including rain cover and bought it last may, delivered June, didnt start using it til sept as DC2 was in a sling for ages.

The basket underneath has been wearing out and has now started dragging on the ground, to the point that it has worn through. then today one of the hoods has come away from where it is attached to the back of the pram do is just flapping in the wind.

called the shop we bought it from, its out of warranty but they will call phil and teds for us monday to find out how much it will cost to get replacemnet parts.

Am i being unreasonable to expect this pram to last longer????

YANBU

I did have one that I bought off my friend and she'd used for about 18 months. TBH it didn't last more than 6 months for me, I'm glad I didn't buy it new.

However, lots of friends have them and love them.
