To be fed up with the same old stuff on MN

MN is getting a tad repetative and boring.Why do people keep going over the same old stuff or slightly altering old ones
eg Chocolate cake for supper
oooh I will do one about chocolates for breakfast

The same old stuff is a good thing. It shows we are all normal, have the same problems issues. It can be very comforting.
