For there to be some sort of Customer Services!

I bought a doomoo seat with my daughter just over 3 years ago, she loved it and it has sat in the corner of the lounge as an occasional seat for her. I am expecting another baby at any moment and so went to convert it back to use for a baby and discovered that at some point the inner bag holding all the small beads has split along the seam and so I need to try and get it mended.

The original store is obviously not interested, the website just has a email address to contact the company in belgium who is not responding to my enquiries and the only UK tel number goes to a answerphone and they are also not responding.

Am I being unreasonable to want some customer service?

They sell this product as being suitable from birth to older toddlers so expected it to last!

Call consumer direct, or get on their website, because the retailer actually does have obligations to you under the Sale of Goods act.

You have had it 3 years so It has lasted the life of a baby/toddler. As sloanypony says your contract is with the shop rather than the manufacturer.
Is there someone local who covers furniture etc who might be able to repair it.
