I think she looks absolutely beautiful but I would never put her at a size 14. Perhaps it's just her height which means she is bigger in dress sizes but I have never met anyone who is a size 14 and looks THAT good. I would guess she was a 10/12 based on those photographs.

It is just me?! I do sometimes wonder if I have a slightly distorted sense of size.

Size 14 in most shops, yes. Size 14 in somewhere like East that does huge sizing, no.

I do like seeing her in adverts though, wish I had boobs like that. There's a gorgeous Monica Belluci ad (for martini, I think?), too. Nice that it's not all tiny slim little girls.

In fact, I am Crystal Renn. I am just off to Waitrose to pose provocatively over the fish counter.

I'm 5'11 and a size 14. I am not a 'big ' girl at all. Have long lean limbs and a small waist and am generally small boned, I just have a bit of a bum and enormous breasts. Size 10/12 are like kid's clothes on me!

I'm nearly 6ft and when I'm a 14 I'm positively svelte!

Sadly, I'm currently a 16 and definitely solid :(

Ah, I am only 5ft odd so I find it hard to imagine how height impacts dress size. As you can't really tell her height in the pictures she looks the same kinda size & frame as friends of mine who are size 10/12.

She looks fabulous. It's well past the time when we should be pushing soze zero as a one-size-fits-all look. some people do have that natural body shape. Most don't, so to design clothes only for them because it's easy to make them look good is just lazy.

Also, slightly off-topic, but I'm sick of being unable to buy clothes for women with curves. even the maternity wear I bought in some shops recently had absolutely no room cut for breasts, or even much space for the bump I recently had. They were all falling off at the shoulders and straining over my breasts. Gurr. If "plus size" models who actually reflect the shape of a larger proportion of women have to be called that for the first few years until people cotton on to the fact that they're perfectly normal, so be it. Hardly ideal, but we have to overcome this hurdle somehow.

I wear a size 12 on top and sometimes that's too tight. My chest is 38" I weigh 9st 2 at 5'4"

I have been a size 14 and I certainly didn't look like that! I think she must either be really tall, is not size 14 at all or is size 14 and has been photo shopped. I'd say she looks a 12.

i am 5"8 and kinda look like that. only not in quite good as shape. quite pale and squishy. and with crapper hair. but similar size.
Christian Hendricks is amazing. i have a couple friends who have HUGE natural breasts and hide themselves away in baggy tops and they have been encouraged to try some more fitted stuff because of her. the woman is a goddess.

Crystal Renn's book is good as well. the before and after pictures are just..wow.

I stupidly read the daily mail comments on Hendricks - what a bunch of FUCKERS! calling her fat - anyone with a tiny smidgeon of a brain would see how small her waist is (think it's 23 inches) and deduce that she has an hourglass figure. She has very slim arms and legs too.

She couldn't actually make herself any thinner without risk to her health!
