The threads never really come up in active conversations, but they really are good. You should go and have a look.

I rely a lot on recipes on here because you can see when people have actually made them and they have worked. We are currently conducting a trial of brownie recipes :) (see the Nigel Slater's Brownies thread)

I always look here first as the recipes are tried and tested. Had some fab recipes from MN
