OM fucking God!! Before I start massive case of cabin fever due to appallingly shit weather and summer holidays with various of six children (mine and partners) to care for at varying times.

Have been having treatment v simililar to chemo for 6 months which ends next week.

Taken no time off work have cared for my 3 kids alone (have b/f but in forces and only see each other weekends normally). Bf or OH has been here 3 weeks - two of which we have had his DS here too - which is all great.

Apart from having to decide every fucking day what we are going to do and eat and not behaving like a martyr but asking bf to get off his fucking arse from being on the bloody internet to help me and having no time to rest at all and kids coming out of my ears the list of fucking health problems he has had is un be fucking lievable.

We now have manflu a cold which has been turned into a three act drama and involves sleeping on the sofa while I continue to cook and wash up etc etc etc..........argh!!!!!!!!!

AIBU?

Grin don't think you're being U to be cross but am not at all sure what you can do about it.
Except maybe put chilli on his toast and pretend you thought it was good for colds?

YANBU at all! Love the idea of chilli on toast though. Get some of that vile old-fashioned linctus stuff too and basically torture him with grim cold remedies until he decides it's not much fun pretending to be being ill.

In the manner of Nanny McPhee Smile

Ugh. Why do they do this competitive illness thing?

Before I separated from exdh, I cannot remember a day in the last 3 years when there wasn't something wrong with him. A litany of illness and general malaise Hmm

Hence the ex.... Grin

He is lovely but I've been feeling shit for six months and just getting on with it while listening to every fucking minor complaint of his Hmm
