My eldest DS is in the next room with his headphones on and is doing that tuneless, loud singing that people do when they are listening to loud music via headphones. He obviously has no idea how tuneless he sounds and is having a ball but it has really made me chuckle. It reminds me of being 14 and singing along to Wham on my sony walkman.

Blush

I did this once when i was in school. I thought i was so cool, with my headphones in, singing away to myself with my eyes closed. Opened them to find the entire assembly looking at me.

Worst thing was it was to Michael Jacksons 'Billie Jean' Blush

Grin Demented that would have been social suicide!! I remember having my first walkman and absolutely bellowing along to the songs not realising how loud or tuneless I was until I looked around and saw people looking at me a tad strangely! I went home and recorded myself doing it !!! Boy it was awful!

Dee I did similar - I sing for stress relief, and used to always sing in my study at sixth form after checking the rest of them were empty. Well someone came back in between me checking and starting singing and halfway through a particularly blasting version of "You Must Love Me", I got a text:

"Can we have some Kathy J again please?"

Was humiliated.

Got her back though, followed her to the toilet and played it under the door Grin
