when there is no sodding way of getting an answer on the CTC help line, and I need to tell them I should get less money.

I have been in that situation too, 2shoes. When I finally did get through they told me to tell them when I renew and they would work out how much I owed them! I refused to take that - who wants to be owing money? Crazy.

I have now written them a letter, at least that way I have a copy
