To put hand cream on DS1s gnat bites?

He's been in bed for 2 hours, but not yet asleep.

His last call was for "cream that goes on gnat bites" I went into my bedroom and the first thing I saw was handcream...was that wrong of me?

In my defense I don't think I've got any actual "cream that goes on gnat bites"

You could put antihistamine on. I hear Avon Skin so Soft is good to guard against midges but not for afterwards.

Best thing for insect bites is soda bicarbonate diluted in water.

Or a slice of onion.

Handcream won't hurt him, though, and might act as a placebo.

Oh, and not wrong of you. I'd do that too, does no harm.

Well, I can announce a new miracle cure! DS's latest call was to tell me the cream's working already Grin
