KNOW ITS NOT A AIBU BUT CAN ONLY JUST NAVIGATE TO THIS SCREEN - I WAAS SCROLLING THROUGH A WEB PAGE AND MY WHOLE COMPUTER SCREEN HAS FLIPPED OVER - CAN'T WORK OUT WHAT I'VE TOUCHED BUT HOW CAN I GET IT BACK

have you turned if orf and on again?

press control, alt and the up arrow at the same time :-)

try alt gr and one of the arrows, i think down or up should fix it.

no probs.... and now you know how to play a practical joke on your DH or other unsuspecting people! ;-)

On a totally unrelated note - I worked with a girl whose interactive whiteboard display had gone upside down. She couldn't find the option in the menu to fix it, so the solution she'd come up with was to flip the entire laptop display like you just did accidentally and balance the laptop on its screen and use it upside down... didn't half make me laugh at times!
