...from 12pm?

and to keep my 3yr old napping?

Dp decided ds, 36mnths is too old for a nap, so ive had a mutant on my hands who is taking great pleasure at upsetting dd age 20mnths by hitting her dolly, throwing sand and screaming, lots.

Dp buggered off and had a bath when it got to much, i instead am complaining to you poor sods, and watching the clock like a madwomen.

ah christ better go the sleep deprived grouch bag is throwing cars and slapping his arms about, run dd run.

YANBU!

I'm doing exactly the same thing with my 2.5y DS. It's hell. You have my sympathy.

Think of the wine...

My oldest DS had naps until he was 4 and a half!!!

My younger one until he was two.

All kids are different.

Why does your DH gets to decide this?!

JjandtheBeanlovesUnicorns · 18/08/2010 17:38

he was home today, ds was being a pain, the whole hes your son to, you try and so on, silly row etc.

He has rapidly bowed down to mum knowing best, ds just fell asleep in his yogurt.

DD is 21mths and is just deciding she'd rather like to drop her 2.5hr lunchtime nap...great timing with a 3 week old in the house too. DH says it's about time she dropped her nap Hmm I reckon she should hold onto it for at least another year...YA so not BU!

moogalicious · 18/08/2010 17:49

what chandon said. Ds would still fall asleep in the afternoon given half the chance - he's nearly 6!

He used to fall asleep in his yogurt too Grin

i managed to get him to have a bath before he finally went to bed so its not a painfully early, dd then decided to get revenge for her day of torment and bite him, tired and hurt, such a great combination.

glad ianbu
