to be annoyed at the female presenters on Sky Sports and SS News?

I mean, they're all (bleach!) blonde, and most of the time they're wearing bloody evening dresses!

I was at school with one of them; her hair looks a little brighter now. But she was always blonde.

But come on, surely there are other, equally capable women out there who don't have blonde hair! (Kirsty Gallagher was one, where's she gone!)

I just find it so, well, argh, I can't even think of the right term. Demeaning isn't right. Cliche isn't either!

The other day one was wearing a very low cut dress, total t*ts out. I remarked to my husband, is there any need for that? He kind of shrugged.

And yes, all the blondes get on my last nerve.
They ALL look the same!

I don't get the need to wear an evening dress. They look ridiculous.

I asked Dh yesterday if he had noticed if all the female presenters on there looked the same! He hadn't of course.

I know! DH tried to be blase about it, saying he only watches it for the news, but come on!

It just really, really bugs me!

DH watches the Liverpool channel, and the one female presenter they have (that I know of) is nice looking, and dark haired, but she's not the sort that you instantly feel threatened by!

Do SSN really need to trowel on the makeup, and make them look so tarty?! Whenever I do see a new presenter on there, who has just a few highlights or whatever, you can pretty much guarantee that within a month, she'll have the full head done!
