I won't throttle the cat. But it's owners, well, that's another thing. Can't people get their felines in for the night? What's wrong with them?

Agreed. We also have trouble with them mistaking our gravel drive for cat litter...

I was a little worried about contamination though - being as it's amoung things we plan to eat.

To stop cats pooing in my little plot I put down a sheet of plastic and then put large pebbles over the top then cut holes in the plastic to put in plants then covered over with pebbles again

I haven't got time for that faff!
