To ring back and complain

I've just answered the phone and I heard a man and a woman talking. Him- "how do you know that shit?" Her-" for working here for 2 fucking years". Then the line goes dead.
Now surely if you have been working on the telephone for 2 years you should really realise when the person you are calling answers the bloody phone.
