DS is Toy Story mad and would like an Andy's Toy Box Birthday cake complete with all the characters. Tesco and all the other supermarkets are selling the usual picture on a round cake that they all seem to sell but he says they are boring Hmm
I am not a cake maker I somehow managed to put together a Buzz Lihgtyear Rocket shaped box last year which looked more than slightly phalic shaped, so this year I am wondering do I cheat and make his toy box out of polystyrene and put it on top of a normal round cake. Decorate the box with icing and have an actual shop bought cake already cut up and in the loathesome party abgs ready to go home? I mean who would actually ever know it was polystyrene so come on people AIBU!! Grin

No make it out of a piece of cake and icing - can you buy the characters to save you making them? If not the 'Cake Maker' on here might make them for you and send them to you??

I have the characters already from The Disney Store a pack of 8 of them for £10 so definitely don't need to make them woohoo!

Great :)

So now it's just the toy box :)

I have always iced and decorated a box/tin and made a sheet cake and bunged icing on top as children hate having the nice decorated cake cut [people used to pay me to do this Blush Grin ]
