We won some free tickets in a eurostar prize draw last year, sent them off so we could get the train tickets, they never turned up. It said in the back that it wasn't their problem if they didn't show up, tough shit (better worded then this). Ds has never had a holiday, I'm still that our hopes were raised, we were so excited.

I could email them, I was diagnosed with MS last year, spent the summer having tests.
